p One-on-one coaching/goal setting session(s) with Client to tailor development process to best meet individual/organizational objectives
p Text in written and audio format, personal action plan workbook, and additional exercises and handouts as appropriate
p Pre- and post-course profile/assessment instruments based on development goals
p Group Kick-Off/Orientation
p TEN weekly, coach-facilitated, peer-group, goal achievement workshops (two review weeks built in to accommodate unavoidable schedule conflicts)
p Research required to provide answers to specific situations that arise during the course of the process
p Unlimited telephone/e-mail access to coach throughout the process
p MONTHLY group reinforcement sessions through the twelfth month following Kick Off/Orientation OR two on-site, group reinforcement sessions with content and format tailored toward specific development needs. Additional Reinforcement and/or one on one coaching available under separate agreement.
NOTE: Progress updates with participants' direct supervisor and/or other designated parties can be designed into the process
